Nick Tester is a leading figure in co-curricular education, having worked in educational institutions and associations for the last twenty two years. In this time, Nick has helped hundreds of families find the right school for their children, and mentored over a thousand individuals who have special talents in sports, music or drama.

As well as this, Nick’s innovative thinking behind developing success in school sport, both in terms of participation and excellence, has led him to be asked to talk within the national press in recent years, with appearances in The Times, FourFourTwo magazine, Radio FiveLive, TalkSport, and even German and Indian National television leading to him being a much requested speaker at educational institutions and business events. Being a former Choral Scholar and Drama teacher, as well as being a nationally renowned coach in Football and Cricket, he is particularly interested in the links between Music, Drama and Sport in the development of elite performance, whether it be in academic studies, or in the business world.

Nick’s contact base, coupled with his unique experience and innovative thinking led him to form Elevorix Educational Consultancy, helping individuals, families and educational institutions become the best possible versions of themselves. He truly cares about a young person’s journey through life and is excited to carry on his dedication to helping people into the future.

Kajal has over 20 years global experience in mentoring and coaching in education and within the management consulting industry. Kajal is also an ECB Level 2 cricket coach and works at a leading sports academy in Dubai.

Kajal recently moved with her family and 2 dogs from the UK to Dubai and therefore has both experience in the UK independent school system and first-hand knowledge from finding the right school for her son in Dubai. Her experience as a coach, mentor and mother enables her to understand the needs and concerns of parents.

Kajal’s career has included working for Chairs and CEOs across the world, event management and marketing. She works by building great relationships, and knows how important effective and timely communication and action is for busy people. Kajal is multilingual and has lived and worked in the UK, Russia, Spain, Italy, Switzerland and India.

Outside of Elevorix, Kajal combines her love of coaching with volunteering for the charity, Cricket Without Boundaries which aims to grow the game of cricket around the world. She also works with the MCC Foundation at Lord’s and other NGOs to deliver gender equality workshops and training on women’s health in sports.
