Nick was a fantastic support and help in guiding us through all aspects of the educational institution application process. At all stages, Nick was open and honest about the process as well as the opportunities at Rugby and further afield. Early on, Nick spent time with the family and Charlie to understand his needs and what environment would work best for him if he moved to Rugby educational institution. Having been in the state sector up to the age of 16, a key consideration was the transition to a boarding educational institution.
